RULES & REGULATIONS
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations 30 days or more in advance, you will receive your money returned minus a $25 cancellation fee. There will be no refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. You will be offered a voucher for a future stay. We do not offer refunds based on weather unless we are under a mandatory evacuation. We cannot offer refunds for early check-outs or no shows.
Check in Time 1:00 p.m. Check Out Time 11:00 a.m.
All visitors must check in and register at the RV park office. There is a maximum of 1 camping unit and 2 vehicles per site. All additional vehicles can park in the overflow parking lot. Our rate covers (1) camping unit (2) vehicle (2) adults (2) children. Additional adults/Children are $10 per day. Please always keep the parking pass in vehicle windshield. Golf carts are permitted and do not count as vehicles. Each golf cart must be registered at the office and show proof of insurance. We do not allow ATV’s, Go Karts, Minibikes.
Guests must always accompany children under the age of 10 years old. Guests are responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by the guest’s family members, guests, invitees, or children.
Quiet Time: 10p.m. until 7a.m. Guests are not allowed to play loud music or any other loud noises during this time.
Bike Rules: Everyone under the age of 18 MUST wear a helmet while riding the bike on RV Park property.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH. Please be cautious of the children, animals, and bikers and obey the speed limit while on RV Park property.
Pets: A guest may have no more than two pets while staying at the RV Park. ALL PETS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES! Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations. Please be considerate of others and pick up after your dogs. The guest is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by the guest’s pets. Pet owner must sign “Pet Agreement” when checking in. Aggressive dogs or excessive barking dogs will be required to leave the park if they become a nuisance to other guests. No dog kennels are allowed in or around RV sites.
Trash: All trash must be taken and deposited into the dumpsters provided on the property.
Golf Carts: Golf Carts are permitted inside the park. Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Please use designated areas for washing vehicles, boats, golf carts, etc. No washing of RVs at sites.
Firepits and Picnic Tables: Please do not move firepits or tables from RV Site. Campfires permitted only in fire rings. Please extinguish fires when not attended.
Please do not remove any trees, shrubs, flowers, without written approval from park management.
Guests may not allow a minor to drink or possess alcohol or tobacco while on the RV park property.
Illegal or non-prescription drugs are not allowed on park property.
No weapons or fireworks are permitted in the park.
Boat/Storage Parking: Boats and Trailers must be stored in designated areas on property (additional fee). Boats/trailers are not allowed to be parked at RV sites. Please refer to the Park map for storage location.
Auto/RV Repairs: Anyone coming onto the RV park property must be pre-approved by RCRVR Management.
RV Sites must be maintained in a neat and orderly manner. The following are NOT allowed on sites (including under the RV)
a. Sheds (not approved), stairs, decks, fences, storage containers, trailers
b. Concrete blocks to form structures or brace awnings. Tarps are not permitted.
c. Clotheslines or hanging of laundry
d. Appliances outside the RV, including hot tubs
e. Carpets, air conditioners designed for RV use (window units)
f. More than 3 potted plants.
Rivers Crossing RV Resort is a privately owned resort. Park management reserves the right to eject and person from the property for any violation of the rules at any time. Those who are told to leave the RV park must do so immediately without a refund. Guests, visitors, and family members are to conduct themselves in a respectable manner.
