Waver of Release & Liability

LIABILITY

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Rivers Crossing RV resort, its employees, owners, and guests for all actions that I, my camping party or guests may be involved in. I (we) Agree to release and waive any and all rights to liability against such for my actions, the parks, my party or guest. By my agreement to be here and remain on the property I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the park and Florida Statute 513 (copy included in office and website). Pertaining to the governance of Recreational Vehicle Parks in Florida. This statue creates a “special contract” with our rules. My presence, or signature on the receipt for payment or my payment for stay acknowledges and confirms my receipt and agreement to the policies contained in this waiver. I agree that I will be aware that there can be trip hazards anywhere on the property. Unevenness of ground, docks, boats, gravel, grass, and many other things post trip hazards and I (we)and everyone in my party understand that I (we) are fully responsible for our actions in traveling the property by foot, electric cart, golf cart, bike, or any other vehicle during the daytime or at night. I (we) Will not sit or lean on split rail fences or go beyond them or near any retaining wall. If I (we) have a campfire, I (we) agree to keep it inside an approved above ground fire pit/ring. I (we) understand that fires are inherently dangerous and agree to hold harmless Rivers Crossing RV Resort from any injuries caused by voluntary participation in any campfire, campfire wood, or creatures therein. I (we) agree not to possess any illegal substance on the property and that I (we) will report any knowledge of possession to the management of the park immediately. I (we) agree that if I (we) possess alcohol or consume it that I (we) will do so in my campsite, discreetly if off site, but never near or in the swimming pool and never near a campground park or building. I (we) understand that being on the property could involve me or my family/ party being photographed or videoed and I wave any and all rights or royales for these being used in marketing of Rivers Crossing RV Resort. I have read and understand and agree to the terms and condition of this Waiver and Release of Liability. By my signature or payment for any services and my (our) continued presence on the property and for its entirety, I (we) agree to abide by these above stated policies and the Rules and Regulations. I (we) knowingly and freely assume all such risks named herein or other risks and assume all responsibility for any injury to myself or any person in my party or my guest. I understand that I (we) am releasing substantial rights by agreeing to be present and participate in actives on the property. In addition, I (we) agree that if I (we) sue or cause to be sued the park that I (we) agree to pay attorney’s fees of the park caused by such action regardless of negligence.
